I've taken vitamin C, D, and zinc religiously in high doses for years and often within similar complexes to this one which has some great extras including the selenium, reishi and garlic which I've also taken separately for years, so am very confident about the benefits and feel very happy to recommend this easy prep tablet version - just drop one in water and then gulp it down for fast acting immunity support and the taste isn;t too bad either, better than a lot I;ve tried. If you're not sure if this is right for you to supplement with or not then do your research properly first or consult a professional/nutritionist if unsure but otherwise they seem a good option, especially if you don't like taking tablets.
