Tonic Health Delivery and Returns policy

We offer Free Shipping and Free Returns with a 60 day full money back guarantee on all items if you are not happy with Tonic. 

We aim to ship same-day before 3pm local time and have your Tonic with you in 48 hours so that you can start your health journey fast. 

At Tonic Health we use a range of carriers to deliver our products to your door from Evri to Royal mail to UPS but we also make sure our parcels are tracked so we can make sure nothing gets lost. We offer standard and express delivery options which will be provided by DPD but we reserve the right to change delivery providers at no notice.

Delivery

The delivery of your order depends on the service you choose at checkout. We use Third Party postal service(s) (E.g. Royal Mail) which may occasionally affect the date of your delivery.

Return/Refund Policy.

UK Customers Only* If you’d like to return your order, please ensure the goods are unopened and that the return is made within 60 days of purchase.

To create a free returns label, use the following link and enter your order number along with your contact details: Tonic Health Returns | Royal Mail*

Once your label is ready, package your order securely, attach the label to the parcel, and make sure to include your name and order reference number inside the package. You can then either arrange a collection or drop it off at your convenience.

Once we receive the returned items at our warehouse, please allow upto 10 working days for us to process your return and issue your refund.

In the event you wish to lodge a complaint and apply for a refund, you must first contact hello@tonichealth.co with details of purchase(s), receipt(s) of purchase(s), and reasonable evidence of the issue. The decision of the refund shall be determined by Tonic Nutrition Ltd only.

Your right to cancel does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to any defective or incorrect products you may receive. If you receive a defective product or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at hello@tonichealth.co with your order number and a description of the problem.
