DELIVERY & RETURNS
At Tonic Health we use Royal Mail to deliver our products to your door. We offer standard and express delivery options which will be provided by DPD but we reserve the right to change delivery providers at no notice.

The delivery of your order depends on the service you choose at checkout. We use Third Party postal service(s) (E.g. Royal Mail) which may occasionally affect the date of your delivery.
We may offer refunds on unopened products, or, if there is clear and obvious evidence that the product you have purchased does not match the advertised product. In the event you wish to lodge a complaint and apply for a refund, you must first contact firstname.lastname@example.org with details of purchase(s), receipt(s) of purchase(s), and reasonable evidence of the issue. The decision of the refund shall be determined by Tonic Nutrition Ltd only.
Your right to cancel does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to any defective or incorrect Products you may receive. If you receive a defective Product or incorrect Product, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
