My favourite is the rest and recover. I have slept so much better since having these. I have a Garmin watch that tracks my sleep and used to get in the 70s. Now my score is always in the 80s, even topped 90. Feel so much better the next day.

The metal bottle is great as it is high quality and good to keep cold drinks insulated.

The energy and hydration is very effective and one of my favourites.

The rest and recover has just what you need even for mental recovery. Considering it has ashwaghanda in it (which can taste very earthy and not very nice) the drink it self does not reflect that and tastes very nice.

Highly recommend these 2 along side the daily immunity which has more vitamins than you need for every day use.

Over all great company, it’s good to see a brand focusing on avoiding unnecessary sugars, sweeteners and chemicals.
