If you’d like to return your order, please ensure the goods are unopened and that the return is made within 30 days of purchase.

1. Vitamins
- We accept returns on vitamin products under the following conditions:
- The goods are unopened, and
- The return is made within 30 days of purchase.
- Any damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Please ensure products are returned in their original sealed packaging.
- Please include details of your order number(s) in your return package
- Items showing signs of wear and tear or damage through misuse are not eligible for refunds.
2. Merchandise
This applies to items such as t-shirts, caps, tins, and bottles.
Unused Items:
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
- Damage upon receipt must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Faulty item reports are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Refunds are not offered for such cases, but if eligible, a replacement will be provided if the item is in stock.
- Please provide a photo and description of the issue when contacting us.
- Items showing signs of wear and tear or damage through misuse are not eligible for refunds.
Money-Back Guarantee
We’re so confident in our products that we offer a money-back guarantee on your first try. The terms are:
- This guarantee applies whether you're a new customer making your first purchase or an existing subscriber ordering a new product.
- Applies to a 60-day supply of products for personal use only. If you purchase multiple units in a single order, the guarantee covers up to a 60-day supply based on recommended daily use. Any excess quantities are not covered by the guarantee.
- Limited to one claim per household.

- Valid for 60 days from the date you received your order.
- To align with the science, we ask that you try the product for at least six weeks (42 days) before requesting a refund.

Refund Process
Once approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be completed.
In the event you wish to lodge a complaint and apply for a refund, you must first contact hello@tonichealth.co with details of purchase(s), receipt(s) of purchase(s), and reasonable evidence of the issue. The decision of the refund shall be determined by Tonic Nutrition Ltd only.
Your right to cancel does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to any defective or incorrect products you may receive. If you receive a defective product or incorrect product, please contact us immediately through our Help centre or email hello@tonichealth.co with your order number and a description of the problem.
International orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Once your return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed in line with our standard returns policy.
