Hi, I have recently subscribed and also follow you on Facebook, on your journeys around the shops. I’ve learnt so much and have totally changed my brands and what I buy in the shops. I’m just wondering if there is a way of buying one of each of the: Immunity + Vitality, Rest + Recover, Energy + Hydration and Focus + Mind initially ? My plan moving forwards is to incorporate these four into my daily routine Hence, it would be good to start the way I’d like to continue and see if I can do this. To receive all four products as part of your routine, you would need a separate subscription for each one. However, you can adjust the delivery frequency to make it work better for you, as each subscription provides 3 tubes every 2 months, which is a daily supply for that product. If you'd prefer to try them in smaller quantities first, you can also purchase individual tubes through Amazon or in selected supermarkets. Hi I currently take another supplement in tablet form that has some of the ingredients. Is it bad or a problem if some of these are doubled up? The vit B and magnesium for example. Can to much of a good thing be to much or is it ok? Also I often have an electrolyte in the morning then after training. Can you take two of the energy + hydration or is that not optimal thanks

It’s generally best not to double up on the same vitamins, as we want to avoid exceeding the safe upper limit for nutrients like vitamin B and magnesium. We normally advise 1 serving of the Energy and Hydration. However, for elite athletes or those doing a lot of training, taking 2 servings may be okay, as long as you monitor tolerance and overall intake.

Hello, I currently take an immunity and vitality tablet every day. I would like to take a tablet for energy and hydration, as I am recovering from a virus that has sapped my energy. I don’t think it's wise to double up and take one of each every day. I have the immunity and vitality on subscription. I guess. I could order a supply of energy and hydration and use these for a while, and then revert to my subscription immunity tablets. How long will the tablets keep for?
