Tonic Rewards is our loyalty programme built to reward you for choosing Tonic. Every time you shop, share and engage, you earn points, access exclusive perks, and move up through tiers. It’s our way of saying: thank you for being part of the Tonic tribe.

Who can join?
Anyone! Just sign up for free by creating an account and you automatically join a Member tier. From there, you can start earning points and unlocking more benefits.

Is there a cost to join?
Nope – joining the Tonic Rewards is completely free. You begin earning points right away when you shop.

How do I earn points?
Points are earned whenever you shop, and other ways too: for example, celebrating your birthday, leaving reviews, and following us on social. The exact earn rate depends on your tier.

How many points do I earn per pound?
It depends on your tier:

• Member: 1 point per £1 spent
• Insider: 1.25 points per £1 spent
• Champion: 1.5 points per £1 spent
  

Do you offer bonus points?
Yes – you’ll receive bonus points for your birthday and when you move up a tier. We also run limited-time promotions where you can earn extra points.

What are the tiers?
There are three tiers:

• Member (free to join)
• Insider (spend £100)
• Champion (spend £150)

What happens when I move tiers?
When you reach the spend threshold, you’ll be upgraded to the next tier. With that upgrade comes better earning rates, exclusive perks and a welcome reward.

How long does my tier status last?
Your tier status is evaluated based on your spend in a 12-month rolling period. If your spend drops below the threshold, you may move down to a lower tier. 

How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your account, go to the Rewards section above, and select the reward you’d like to redeem - voucher or free product. Then apply the discount code or select the perk at checkout. Some rewards may include free shipping or product bundles.

What can I redeem points for?
Redeemable rewards include discount codes, free products, member-only offers, and more. The reward options will depend on your points balance and your tier.

Are there any limitations on redemption?
Yes – rewards cannot be combined with certain other offers unless specified. Some rewards may exclude sale items or subscription products. Always check the reward’s terms when redeeming.

Does free shipping apply to all Tonic Rewards tiers?
Free shipping is only included for the Champion tier as part of the tier benefits. Member and Insider tiers receive standard shipping unless specified through a promotion.

Can I use other discount codes together with my rewards?
Usually, you cannot stack multiple codes. If a reward provides a discount code, it may replace or exclude the use of other promotional codes at checkout. 

It’s simple – share your unique referral link with friends who haven’t shopped with Tonic before.
When they make their first purchase of £25 or more, they’ll get £15 off – and you’ll earn £15 in Tonic Rewards once their order is confirmed.

Can Tonic change or terminate the rewards programme?
Yes – we reserve the right to modify, pause or terminate the Tonic Rewards programme at any time. All changes will be posted in the Terms & Conditions and communicated to members in advance when possible.

Are my points or tier status transferable?
No – points, tiers and rewards are specific to the email account and cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Tonic Rewards is open to individuals aged 18 or over with a valid email address. One account per person. Tonic Health reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
