Tonic Rewards

Can Tonic change or terminate the rewards programme?
Yes – we reserve the right to modify, pause or terminate the Tonic Rewards programme at any time. All changes will be posted in the Terms & Conditions and communicated to members in advance when possible.

Are my points or tier status transferable?
No – points, tiers and rewards are specific to the email account and cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Earning Points
Points are earned on qualifying purchases made directly through tonichealth.co. Points are awarded based on the value of your order after discounts and before shipping or tax.

Points cannot be earned on gift cards, refunds, or cancelled orders. Tonic Health may adjust points in the event of returns or order corrections.

Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for rewards as outlined on the Tonic Rewards page. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.

Reward codes or offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

Fraud & Misuse
If fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected – including, but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim additional gifts or points
• Referring yourself using alternate email addresses
• Manipulating purchases, returns, or redemptions
• Using bots, scripts, or unauthorised tools to earn or redeem points

Refer a Friend

Welcome to Tonic Refer a Friend – our programme designed to reward you for sharing the Tonic tribe with your friends. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility
The Refer a Friend programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over with a valid email address. One account per person. Referrals must be made to new Tonic customers only. Tonic Health reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

Limits
There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. Each successful referral earns the stated reward.

Fraud & Misuse
If fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected – including, but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim additional referral rewards
• Referring yourself using alternate email addresses
• Manipulating purchases, returns, or referrals
• Using bots, scripts, or unauthorised tools to generate referrals

Tonic Health reserves the right to cancel orders, remove rewards, revoke points, and/or blacklist accounts from the programme without notice.

Account Management
