Gradual increase

From using it every other day as like every 2-3 days i felt a little bit better I will say it's important to have your breakfast or lunch in order for your tablets to work better. I prefer to mix it with a half a litre of water yes it's not as tasty but I like to drink it for an hour and gradually have it within my system. Please don't skip food and have it first your daily intake of food nutritions is important :)
