A fantastic way to get some multivitamins in kids, in the form of gummies. These are sweet and chewy gummies that kids can't resist. In fact, I have to hide them from the kids otherwise they'd finish them in a day. The gummies are made from all-natural ingredients with no artificial sweeteners, non-GMO or any other manufactured rubbish. They support strong bone growth, brain health and protection of cells and immunity and inflammation.In the jar, you get 60 strawberry-shaped gummies, and although you can give up to 2 gummies a day, I’ve been giving only a single gummy a day to my 2 youngest boys. I have noticed that their appetite has increased ever so slightly, which in my case is good, as they don't eat as much as kids their age should. They also seem a little more energetic than normal, and I’m pretty sure that these gummies have played a part in this.

Children usually like gummies and these are an excellent alternative - you can only offer two of these to your child and they might as well do some good in the process, though there is no scientific evidence supplements work. These are great to offer as a treat and keep it within reasonable amount too. I think it's a win-win. They are shaped like raspberries and are very delicious, just ask your child to chew them properly.
