THE TONIC STORY

Tonic was built to challenge a broken system. In a world where ultra-processed food dominates and 9 in 10 Brits aren’t getting the nutrients they need, we’re overfed but undernourished, surviving, not thriving.

After years of low energy and constant illness, our founder Sunna van Kampen discovered that even a ‘healthy’ diet was leaving him chronically undernourished. The problem wasn’t effort, it was empty nutrition. That’s when Tonic was born.

Not to sell another vitamin, but to start a movement. At Tonic our mission is to uncover the truth. We expose the lies. Where others do the minimum - we maximise every ingredient, cut the junk, and create vitamins that actually work, because you can’t fix 21st-century health problems with 20th-century vitamins.
