VITAMIN C DRINKS - RECIPE: THE ANTI-INFLAMMI-C

There's a reason our high-dose vitamin drinks are packed with vitamin C... and that's because this fantastic vitamin does wonders for the body!
When it comes to the immune health, vitamin C is key - it's a powerful antioxidant and an essential micronutrient for the immune system. It acts as a co-factor, which our immune system requires to catalyse enzyme reactions for both the innate and adaptive immune systems.
In order to harness the power of vitamin C, you do need to make sure you're getting enough of it! And remember, the amount of vitamin C we need doesn't stay constant for every single day of our life - when you're stressed or if your body is fighting an infection, vitamin C levels drop significantly, so increase your intake to make sure you're getting all the benefits of this vitamin.
One way to do this is by making yourself a vitamin C drink like the Anti-Inflami-C one below!
1 squeeze of lemon
1tsp grated ginger
¼ teaspoon of turmeric
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
1 cup of almond or oat milk
And if you really want to give your body what it needs and strengthen your immune response, add a sachet of High Dose Tonic to the above recipe.
