VITAMIN D DRINKS - RECIPE: THE SOY SOLDIER

by Dara Winters on February 09, 2021

Vitamin D is another fantastic vitamin that plays a crucial role in keeping us healthy - why else do you think we include 1200IU (30ug) in each sachet of our high-dose immunity drinks?

So if you're looking to top up your vitamin D levels, why not try this tasty drink?

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • 1 drizzle of honey

If you want even more vitamin D, why not try adding a sachet of our high-dose Lemon & Honey immunity drink to the recipe as well? It's a great way of boosting the vitamin content even further, so you'll end up with a nutritious and tasty drink that contains at least 1500mg vitamin C, 1200IU vitamin D, and 25ug of zinc - and
