ZINC DRINKS

Often overlooked and underappreciated is the mighty Zinc. A potent antioxidant with a myriad of benefits, alongside the known positive effects on our immune health. Zinc is an essential mineral that helps the body regulate energy, prevent oxidative stress, and assist in the healing process.

It’s time to think zinc! Check out our favourite zinc drink recipes below, but don’t forget that you can just grab a sachet of Tonic, mix with water and you’re set!

THE GREENZ

    Enjoy hot or cold depending on how much you like green vegetables

  • 1 x whole Broccoli chopped
  • 8-10 x Brussel Spouts
  • 1 x cup of Spinach
  • 1 x cup of Garden Peas
  • 4 x Sprig of Mint, leaves and stem chopped finely
  • 1/2 x tsp Kosher Salt
  • 3 x Cup of Vegetable Stock
  • 50g x Tempeh
  • 1 x handful or Sesame Seeds to garnish

PUTTING THE Z IN ZESTY

  • 2 x Apple
  • ¼ x chopped Pineapple
  • 1 x cup of Spinach
  • 1 x Carrot
  • 2 x tbsp grated Ginger
  • 1 x handful of Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1.5 x cups of Cashew or Coconut Milk
